Founder, President and Managing Partner

Ila has been providing Information Technology (IT) consulting to the retail industry for over 15 years. Her expertise is as diverse as the industry itself. Her specialty focuses on business process analysis, defining functional requirements and quality assurance.

Combined with her leadership, expertise and experience in Oracle Retail’s product suite, she has developed proven methodologies adaptable to any client’s business needs. In addition, she’s authored and facilitated a 25-day Oracle-sanctioned Retail Training program for a multi-billion dollar consulting company. Prior to founding dBR Solutions, LLC, Ila provided consulting roles at Accenture, Retek and Oracle.

Ila received her Bachelor’s degree (cum laude) in Statistics from the University of the Philippines.

Ryan A. Rimando
Co-founder and Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Ryan oversees dBR’s day-to-day operations from hiring to managing dBR’s consultants, projects and resources.

Ryan is also in charge of dBR’s legal affairs. For the past 10 years, he has provided advice and guidance to dBR insuring compliance as well as adaptability to the ebb and flow of the economy.

Ryan received his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law and his Bachelor’s Degree in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Kansas.
